Meeting Tuesday 12 May 09

Today in our meeting I typed up the objectives and deliverables for our project report. I am going to start going back through my power point stuff and editing and making a start on the information content. We decided that we could allow about 20 minutes at the end of each session to look through it so we can all make a contribution and get feedback.

I also drew up a dummy email for Tina and sent it to Francine and Anne. So I will send that off if I get the go- ahead.

Feedback on Memo Report

Hi Sally,

I think this report was quite well written, just a few comments on how you could improve it further.

In the introduction, perhaps you could provide a litte more detail on the project scope and what others in the team are doing and how they link to your role eg: Dean. Then in the findings you could talk about the tasks you and Dean are working on together.

The conclusion could be stronger, I like the positive attitude but I would like to more concise details about what needs to be done.

Team meeting 5 may 09

Today in the group meeting thingamabob, I chose to do 2 points for the project:
1. Summary- i thought this meant just a summary of the project- but i looked at an example and it wasnt that at all.. its how it got started and so on.

2. Associated risks.. this part was boring and lame but I know we have to do it..

At the moment Gina is cursing her blog space.. haha Keep Persevering with it Gina.. ull get it eventually hahaha

Anyways apart from that.. nothing much has happend since my last post. oh wait.. I ate some soup... some COLD soup.. my soup thermos didnt work and im quite annoyed.

I forgot to leave a post on here.

so here is what has been going down.

I have been doing some research for the team project.

i have been checking out other charity websites to check out their layout and see what features they have that could be useful for ours. E.g colours, links, pictures, ways to donate etc.

I have been in contact with Tina, and she emailed me back and let me know a few things that she would like to see on the website. Unfortunately the Uni wont allow them to have their own website which automatically cancelled out some research we did on creating another website. However I'm sure that we can edit the exisiting website to their satisfaction anyway.

I have some ideas to bounce around at the meeting this afternoon.
